Hi, My name is Murali. I have taken a site in Sizzle Sai Lake Habitat and I have constructed house. Sizzle Properties staff only provided assistance in getting the loan. Facilities wise everything is good, We got dedicated transformer (electricty connection) in very short time. Every body in the layout got permanent connection, tar roads was put in the layout, for water we got panchayat connection, property title is clear, if there is any problem, Sizzle Properties response is good, overall I am happy by taking site in the layout, connectivity is good, 1 km from the highway, 10 km to railway station, 1.5 km to the proposed pheripheral ring road.

It was almost three years back. Being a middle class salaried employee, buying a property in Bangalore was really challenging thing and basically what we look for property is that it should be litigation free, the Legal title should be clear. Basically we should have peace of mind once you buy property, because it is one’s hard earned money & your lifetime earned money. While buying a property, Sizzle Properties were totally ready with the property documents. This helped us smoothly in loan process. In fact, all those things happened very quickly. Today in Bangalore, every second property will have litigation even after spending out your hard earned money (your lifetime earned money). Probably you end up facing lot of problems. Basically, I never had to face such situation when i bought this property from Sizzle properties. Because whenever they develop any property, the first and primary thing is that they ensure the properties are litigation free so that their customer/s should not face any problem at all. So this was sold to me after thorough documentation and verification (by Sizzle Properties). They have technical and verification team who will take care of these things prior to it being sold to their customer / client. There are many properties in the surroundings where in after buying, they (purchasers) end up with many problems. Another important thing is that they are not just with you during sales, but after it too. I wanted to switch my bank (transfer of property loan) because of the interest rate and all. I went along with my husband to see the site and I saw many projects but I liked Sizzle Properties because they gave us Legal documents and gave us the freedom to check and told us to buy it after we were completely satisfied. That was the most important quality that I liked from Sizzle Properties. We selected and purchased Site No.31. A lot of their employees coordinated with us and helped us in the smooth process of our bank loan too. Post our purchase, they even helped us with the Katha Transfer too. They helped us a lot.
